Winter Athletic Registration

Winter Athletic Registration

Welcome to the 2025-26 winter athletic season. Winter athletic registration (and submission of the preparticipation physical exam) are completed through FinalForms. This is the primary system used for athletic registration by schools throughout the country. Students must be registered to practice or tryout for a any team. Registration is now open at https://birmingham-mi.finalforms.com/

A pre-participation physical examination completed on or after 4/15/25 is also required, and you can upload a copy or scanned version during registration. If you played a fall sport, you do not need to submit another physical. All details are available at the registration link above.
